Water & Energy
Conservation

Water & Energy Conservation We have installed both turbine and water flow meters for more reliable and accurate flow measurements. With the help of these records, we have been able to identify and control water losses and unnecessary water drainage.

To enhance the system’s overall performance, water flow meters are read and monitored on a daily basis.

Conservation in Fabric & Garment
Manufacturing Process

To counter water contamination, we have built a wastewater treatment plant. Our firm also employs waterless technology in fabric production by using special dyes and fixers to eliminate the fabric wash-off process. In garment washing, we use Laser, Ozone and e-Flow technology to reduce consumption of water, chemicals and energy.

Water Treatment Plant

Master has its ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) designed for treating wastewater for reuse and/or safe disposal.

Through efficient use of our water treatment plant in water recycling, we play an active role in preventing water contamination. Our firm employs waterless technology in fabric production by using special dyes and fixers to eliminate the fabric wash-off process. We are working towards preserving the environment and preventing pollution through economically viable ways and techniques that reduce emissions and effluent discharge to water, air and land.

Recycling Waste

At Master, we ensure that all our waste is recycled. We have installed a caustic recovery plant for reusing caustic. Reusing Pallets in spinning and weaving for packing and covering materials is another important feature of our recycling process. We are also reusing cardboard tubes for fabric rolling to eliminate unnecessary waste. Our empty drums are always sent back to chemical suppliers for refilling as opposed to dumping or reselling.

Sustainable
Packaging Process

Aiming to limit the use of Plastic, Paper & Cardboard in packaging

Together with our partners and customers, we’re contributing to a healthier planet and a better future.
In collaboration with our clients, we are working towards cutting back on the amount of packaging waste produced. Our goal is to minimize plastic waste and use paper cardboard to promote recycled packaging.
