Master Textile’s garment facility started in 2006 with 200,000 pieces per month, which is now 800,000 pieces per month. After progressive growth, we aim to be 1 Million pieces per month by 2020. The garment unit is operated and managed by a highly experienced and dedicated team focused on timely delivery, while ensuring uncompromised product quality.

All our products are produced with sustainable processes, having the most upgraded and eco-friendly laundry operations. We have reduced water & chemical consumption up to 60% in both denim production and garment dyeing by using sustainable technologies like E-flow, laser & ozone bleach.

We have also replaced pumice stones with bio stones and potassium permanganate spray with organic chemical spray. We make sure every garment produced has low impact on the environment. Renowned Italian and Turkish laundries have trained our denim wash development team.
