Workwear Fabrics

We make work wear fabrics in 100% cotton and various polyester-cotton blends that are commonly used in the industrial laundry, healthcare and corporate wear industries throughout Europe. Each of these fabrics are accredited as per OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and follow canonical market demands in multiple manufacturing cycles.

High Visibility Fabrics

Our high visibility fabrics are accredited as per EN 20471 standards. These are available in three main colour schemes; yellow HV, orange HV and red HV. Their excellent luminosity as well as supreme visibility offers support for workers operating under poor lighting or potentially hazardous circumstances. These fabrics come in a choice of weights, blends and weaves as per particular end-users.

Sustainable Workwear Fabrics

We utilise sustainable raw materials throughout our workwear fabrics, these include, BCI cotton, organic cotton and recycled polyester fibres. We ensure that all these renewable raw materials originate from GRS accredited fibre suppliers alongside payment licences to ensure optimal precision and record keeping through the supply chain. Our GRS recycled polyester fibre is manufactured using PET bottles as well as Repreve® polyester fibre. We offer wide range of recycled and sustainable fabrics in various weights and combinations.

CORDURA® Fabrics

Master Textile stands tall as the only certified manufacturer of finished (dyed/printed/coated) CORDURA® fabrics throughout Pakistan. Each one of our CORDURA® materials are produced with HT Nylon 6.6 yarns crafted solely through INVISTA. All these fabrics are mainly produced using 500D and 1000D yarns and then are distributed in various weights along with CORDURA® hangtags.

Medical Fabrics

Healthcare fabrics are amongst the key sections of our production and are delivered globally, particularly in the United Kingdom as well as the Scandinavian countries. Both of these fabrics are manufactured of polyester/cotton fibres of varying compositions and are coloured with advanced VAT dyestuffs that can tolerate chlorine bleaching that is usually used to disinfect hospital clothes in repeated washings. We also manufacture medical fabrics with antimicrobial and antiviral coating procedures approved and tested by licenced laboratories.

Military & Police Fabrics

Camouflage fabrics incorporating IRR and VAT processing is amongst our key strengths. We manufacture a diverse array of camouflage patterns on multiple fabrics and export those to major defense organizations globally. We are also manufacturing specialized police and gendarmerie fabrics, particularly for European nations. Master Textile is supplying camouflage Cordura® fabrics to our national military forces as well.
